Oliver Parsons

Oliver is a self-taught operator and entrepreneur that enjoys building high-performance teams to achieve breakout success. He is the founder and leader of Air Force Gaming, the premier gaming and esports organization that fosters resiliency and provides the Department of the Air Force agile and expansive programming across esports and entertainment, global community development, branding and marketing, and digital technology. He began his Air Force Career as a Nuclear Operations Officer. Over the course of six years and two Air Force bases, he was blessed to be an Operations Evaluator with 2K+ hours of evaluations, a Technical School Instructor with 2.5K+ hours of instruction, and able to innovate scaling tech. He is now the Chief of Innovative Programs, and leads AFG for the Dept of Air Force.
