David Leibowitz

David Leibowitz, Managing Partner of CH POTOMAC, is an entertainment, media and technology executive / entrepreneur, and a frequent speaker on issues at the intersection of these industries. David is Co-Founder and CBO of KD Interactive (KDI), an O2O (Online to Offline) purchase data analytics and digital marketing firm that quickly connects mid-market media exposure with “Customer Journey to Purchase Activity”. David also Co-Founded and served as Chairman and Co-CEO of Verance, whose Emmy Award winning technology solutions measure, enhance and protect content, and are part of the next generation TV standard – ATSC.3.0. Previously, David served as a Senior Advisor to Gibson Brands; Senior Advisor to Motorola Mobility; Advisor to The SingTel Group; Executive Vice President of Gotuit Media, and as Chairman of EZMO (one of the early cloud-based music social network and storage locker services operating in Europe). Earlier in his career, David was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA); Partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm Wiley & Rein; Policy Planning Advisor to the Register of Copyrights; and adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Miami Law School, and at the Communications Law Institute of the Columbus School of Law (Catholic University).
