Bernard Gershon

Bernard Gershon is currently the President of GershonMedia, a global entertainment, media and technology consulting practice.

Numerous major media and technology companies count Mr. Gershon as a trusted partner to guide them with strategy, business development, M&A and business transformation.

Among his firms’ other assignments, Mr. Gershon is currently an advisor to Deloitte, helping the professional services organization grow their Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice.

Bernard Gershon was formally Senior Vice President and General Manager, Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Technology, at The Walt Disney Company. In this role, he was responsible for developing new mobile and online video businesses in the US and internationally. Mr. Gershon was instrumental in delivering Disney/ABC content to mobile video services around the world. He also conceived and launched the first online-only news channel, ABC New Now, in 2003.
