Aki Mandhar

Aki Mandhar serves as General Manager of The Athletic Media Company’s UK operation. In her role, she is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s UK operation and leads all efforts to grow the company’s international business via commercial, new business and marketing initiatives.

Aki joined The Athletic from The Telegraph where as COO, she was responsible for subscriptions, circulation and partnerships.

Previously, she served as UK Managing Director for OMD UK, and prior, as Managing Director for The Entertainment Division at MediaCom. Aki was also Managing Director of MediaCom Career, where she set up the agency’s employer brand arm, and General Manager at TMP Worldwide leading a full service creative and media agency across all tech and finance business.
